Childcare & Learning Center 

Maywood Childcare & Learning Center is a year-round,  licensed Christian child care center and provides quality care to children ages 3 to 12.  We provide a safe and affordable childcare option to our community and strive to create a fun learning environment that reflects the love of Christ.

Our 
Programs

Preschool

 

In our preschool program, children ages 3 to 5 receive lessons and activities that prepare them for kindergarten.

We guide our learning processes to align with Ohio's learning development standards.

 

School Age

 

Our before and after school program is open to children who are enrolled at the following Lancaster area elementary schools: 

  • Talmadge

  • Gorsuch West

  • Mt Pleasant

  • Medill

 

We provide transportation to and from school. After school, our staff offers guidance with any homework that needs to be completed.

Summer Camp

​

Maywood Mission offers a 10-week summer camp for school-age children. This camp is a summer sanctuary where children can learn, interact with peers, and have plenty of fun.  Children have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities around Fairfield County throughout the ten weeks -  activities like miniature golf, bowling, hiking at local parks, swimming, or a pizza party.
